Your First Visit
When you first enter through our practice doors, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly front desk staff and handed new patient forms to fill out if you haven’t already filled them out online. We’ll check you in, and one of our dental assistants will come to introduce themselves and take you to get your X-rays. We’ll explain to you what images we’ll be taken as well, so you’ll always remain in-the-know about what’s going on.
Once we get you seated in the treatment chair, we’ll capture a digital impression of your mouth with our iTero scanner and discuss what brings you in for a visit. Our dental assistant will then brief Dr. Gammenthaler on why you’re here so you don’t have to worry about repeating yourself, and he’ll introduce himself before conducting an examination.
After discussing any treatment recommendations and providing helpful patient education, one of our front desk assistants will discuss any cost-related details with you. We always let our patients know that we can start treatment the same day if that’s easiest for your schedule!

We’re proud to accept most PPO dental insurance plans, as well as Medicare advantage plans. We’ll always maximize your benefits at every visit by filing claims on your behalf, and we’re happy to work with dental insurance providers offered to Walmart and Tyson corporate employees (Delta Dental). In-House Dental Savings Plan Available
If you’re uninsured, we offer a convenient, easy-to-use in-house membership plan that can provide you with all of your routine preventive dentistry throughout the year, as well as additional benefits. To learn more and find out whether you’re a good fit, give our office a call. All it takes to get started is a small annual or monthly payment. There are no hidden restrictions, need to file insurance claims, or annual maximums that you have to worry about, either!

For our patients who are receiving treatments that have high out-of-pocket expenses associated with them, or services that aren’t covered by insurance at all, like cosmetic dentistry, we offer another easy way to pay. CareCredit financing is a trusted, third-party financier that offers little-to-no interest monthly payment plans, which will make it easy to fit the cost of your care into your monthly budget.
