Priscilla – Practice Manager

Priscilla Strother is the Practice Manager at Family Dental Care of Rogers and has been with the team for three years. She first joined the dental field in 2022 after a long career in medical administration and management. With her natural leadership skills and passion for people, Priscilla quickly embraced the challenge of learning dentistry and has thrived in creating strong relationships with both her team and patients.

For Priscilla, the best part of her role is being part of a supportive team that transforms patients’ lives every day. She believes loyalty, teamwork, and a culture of growth are the foundation of Family Dental Care’s success.

Priscilla is originally from Mena, Arkansas, and studied at the University of Arkansas at Batesville and Rich Mountain Cosmetology School.

Outside the office, Priscilla enjoys shopping, decorating, and spending time with her loved ones. She and her husband of 29 years are blessed with three children: Blake (and his wife, Megan), Brock, and Mckenzie. Her family and faith are her greatest joys, and she values the moments she gets to spend with them.

Dana – Registered Dental Hygienist

Dana has been helping patients achieve healthier smiles for over five years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to Family Dental Care of Rogers. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she also completed her dental hygiene training. Dana is licensed as an RDH and RDHAP in California and holds RDH licenses in Missouri and Arkansas, along with laser certifications in each state.

Her career began in California, where she spent four years practicing before earning her RDH in Alternative Practice license, allowing her to provide mobile dental hygiene care to underserved communities. With a strong family background in healthcare, Dana is dedicated to improving the overall health of her patients and making them feel proud of their smiles.

Originally from Milpitas, California, Dana now calls Arkansas home. Outside the office, she stays active and enjoys traveling, cooking, playing video games, watching anime, and spending time with her dog. A fun fact? Dana is a self-proclaimed professional karaoke singer who never misses a chance to grab the mic!

Emma – Registered Dental Hygienist

Emma brings over a decade of experience in dentistry to Family Dental Care of Rogers. She began her career as a dental assistant before pursuing her degree in dental hygiene at Chattanooga State, where she also earned certifications in CPR and local anesthesia. With 12 years in the field, Emma is passionate about helping patients better understand their oral health and making each visit a positive experience. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, she enjoys life with her husband Chris and their two children, Danny and Marion. Outside of work, Emma loves reading, music, exercising, traveling, and family adventures.

Mary – Business Administrator

Mary brings more than 35 years of experience in the dental field to her role as Business Administrator at Family Dental Care of Rogers. She began her career as a dental assistant before moving into administration, where she discovered her passion for helping patients understand their treatment and feel confident about their care. Originally from Centerton, AR, Mary enjoys hiking, shopping, and traveling in her free time. A proud mother of three adult children, she is known for her easygoing nature and great sense of humor, which help make every patient’s experience welcoming and comfortable.

Kimberly - Registered Dental Assistant

Kimberly is a dedicated dental assistant at Family Dental Care of Rogers. She began her career early, earning her dental assisting license from Petra Allied Health during high school and starting her role in dentistry right before graduation. With one year of experience in the field, Kimberly’s favorite part of her job is helping patients improve their confidence while building positive relationships with them. Born in Texas and raised in Rogers, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching medical and crime shows, and discovering new activities. Cory - Registered Dental Hygienist

Cory has a decade of experience in the dental field and is a welcome addition to our team at Family Dental Care of Rogers. Her favorite part of her job is being able to make connections with her patients and working together to make a real difference in their oral health and confidence.

Cory started her career in the dental field as a dental assistant while she was finishing her pre-requisites to apply to hygiene school. She continued her career at the same practice as a hygienist after she graduated from Carrington College. She then went on to achieve her Limited Access Permit (LAP) to be able to help people in Montana that had limited access to care achieve good oral health.

Cory’s family is originally from Northeast Arkansas and moved to Montana in the early 2000s, but over the years, she and her family moved back to Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys going fishing and being outside with her two dogs, a chiweenie and black lab. She enjoys watching sports, and her college teams are Arkansas and University of Montana. Her NFL team is the LA Rams! An interesting fact about Cory is that she lived in Montana for 20 years and fished year-round. Her largest catch was a 23 pound, 43 inch Great Northern Pike!

Leslie – Dental Assistant

Leslie has been a valued member of the Family Dental Care of Rogers team for the past three years. A graduate of Northwest Arkansas Community College’s Dental Assisting program in 2021, she brings both skill and compassion to her role. Leslie finds the most rewarding part of her work is seeing how dental care can transform lives—helping patients regain confidence through their smiles.

Originally from Rogers, AR, Leslie is known for her warm, approachable personality and her ability to connect easily with new people. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family. For Leslie, family support and shared experiences are the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life.

Joanna – Dental Assistant

With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Joanna is a vital part of the Family Dental Care of Rogers team. She has been with the practice for the past five years, where her top priority is ensuring every patient feels comfortable and receives the highest quality of care.

A registered dental assistant with expanded functions, Joanna is certified in X-rays, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide (N?O) administration. Her expertise and calm demeanor make her an invaluable support to both patients and doctors alike.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Joanna now lives in Arkansas with her youngest child. She and her husband share a love for riding motorcycles, cooking, and relaxing with a good movie. She also enjoys music and spending time with her family. Joanna’s warmth and dedication shine through in every patient interaction, making her a trusted and friendly face in the office.

Ava - Sterilization Technician

Ava is a Sterilization Technician at Family Dental Care of Rogers, where she has been an essential part of the team for three years. She takes pride in ensuring every instrument is properly cleaned, inspected, and sterilized to keep patients safe and procedures successful. Ava began her dental career in the sterile room during high school and has since expanded her skills to assisting both doctors and business staff. Originally from Westbury, NY, she now calls Arkansas home. Outside the office, Ava enjoys shopping, taking long drives, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family.

Sheryl - Business Assistant / AR Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Sheryl brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to Family Dental Care of Rogers. She began her career in a dental lab before transitioning into assisting and eventually the front office. Passionate about helping patients receive the care they need, Sheryl loves working alongside her amazing team. Outside the office, she enjoys golf, hiking, camping, traveling, crafting, baking, and cherishing time with her family.

Jo - Business Assistant

Jo brings decades of administrative experience in general and specialty dental practices to the team. Originally from Wichita, KS, she values working alongside a talented and professional team dedicated to helping patients achieve their best dental health and confident smiles.

Away from work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, including her two married adult children and grandchild, traveling between Kansas and Arkansas. She loves exploring the natural beauty of NWA, trying local restaurants and shops, practicing yoga, decorating, and tending to her container garden.
